This website and store are operated by 1526065 B.C. LTD. (“NeverSticky”, “we”, “us”, “our”). We use Shopify to power our storefront and checkout. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit, use, or make a purchase from our website or otherwise interact with us (the “Services”). If this Policy conflicts with our Terms of Service, this Policy controls for privacy matters.
By using the Services, you acknowledge this Policy and understand how your information is collected and used as described below.
1) Personal information we collect
“Personal information” means information that identifies or can reasonably be linked to you. It does not include anonymized or de-identified data.
A. You provide
• Identity & contact: name, email, phone, billing/shipping address.
• Order & payment: products purchased, order value, payment method (processed by our payment providers), refunds/returns.
• Account & preferences: login, settings, marketing opt-ins.
• Communications/UGC: support messages, reviews, photos/videos you upload.
B. Automatic
• Device/usage: IP address, device and browser type, pages viewed, referring URLs/UTMs, session metadata, approximate location (city/region).
• Cookies & similar tech: pixels, tags, local storage, session replay/heatmaps (e.g., Microsoft Clarity). See Cookies & Tracking below.
C. From third parties
• Payments/fraud tools, Shopify (store/checkout/hosting), analytics/ads platforms (e.g., Meta/Google/TikTok when you interact with our ads), shipping/fulfillment partners, review/marketing tools.
We may create inferences (e.g., likely interests) from the data above to improve relevance and security.
2) How we use personal information (purposes)
• Provide the Services: browse, cart, checkout, fulfill orders, returns, warranty.
• Improve & secure: analytics, A/B tests, session replay to understand issues, bug detection, fraud prevention.
• Personalize & market (with consent where required): emails/SMS/WhatsApp, offers, and on-site/off-site ads.
• Support & communications: answer questions, send notices (order, policy, safety).
• Legal & compliance: taxes, bookkeeping, regulatory requests, enforcing terms.
3) Legal bases (EU/EEA & UK)
We process your data under:
• Contract (Art. 6(1)(b)): to provide and fulfill orders.
• Legitimate interests (6(1)(f)): site security, fraud prevention, product improvement, minimal analytics.
• Consent (6(1)(a)): marketing emails/SMS/WhatsApp; cookies/ads where required; personalized advertising where applicable.
• Legal obligation (6(1)(c)): tax/accounting and regulatory.
You may withdraw consent at any time (unsubscribe links, STOP for SMS/WhatsApp, Cookie Preferences).
4) How we disclose information
We share personal information with:
• Service providers/processors: Shopify (store/checkout/hosting), payment gateways and fraud tools, warehouses/shippers, analytics/CRO (e.g., Microsoft Clarity), email/SMS/WhatsApp providers, ad platforms (for measurement/retargeting where permitted), professional advisors.
• Business partners (with consent where required) for joint offers or advertising.
• Compliance & safety: to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, or property.
• Corporate transactions: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some advertising/analytics uses may be considered “sharing” or “sale” under California law—see Do Not Sell/Share. We contractually require processors to use your data only to provide services to us and to protect it appropriately.
5) Relationship with Shopify
We use Shopify to host our store and process data on our behalf (e.g., checkout, payments, fraud prevention). Shopify may also process certain data as an independent controller for its own legitimate interests (e.g., platform improvement, legal compliance). See Shopify’s Privacy Policy and, where applicable, manage rights via the Shopify Privacy Portal.
6) International transfers
We are based in Canada. Your data may be processed in Canada, the United States, the EU/UK, Australia, and other locations of our providers. Where required, we use Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards for cross-border transfers.

7) Retention
• Orders & tax records: 7–10 years (legal requirements vary).
• Support/warranty: warranty period + 2 years.
• Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe or after 24 months of inactivity.
• Analytics/session replay: per tool limits (typically 30–180 days) or as configured.
We delete or anonymize after these periods unless law requires longer.
8) Your rights
You can exercise rights by emailing Support@neversticky.com. We may verify your identity.
EU/EEA & UK: access; rectification; erasure; restriction; portability; objection (including to profiling based on legitimate interests); withdraw consent.
United States (incl. California CPRA and other state laws): know/access; delete; correct; opt-out of sale/share and targeted advertising; limit use/disclosure of sensitive info; non-discrimination; use an authorized agent. We honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals for CA opt-outs.
Canada (PIPEDA + CASL): access & correction; withdraw consent to marketing; complaint to the OPC or provincial commissioner.
Australia: access & correction; complaint to the OAIC.
Do Not Sell/Share (California)
Some analytics/advertising may be “sale”/“sharing.” California residents can opt out via our “Do Not Sell/Share My Personal Information” link (footer) and by enabling GPC in their browser—we honor it.
9) Marketing choices & CASL/consent
• Email: unsubscribe link in every message.
• SMS/WhatsApp: reply STOP (or platform command). Msg/data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
• Cookies/ads: use Cookie Preferences; adjust browser/ad settings.

10) Children
Not directed to children under 13 (US/CA/AU) or 16 (EU/UK). We do not knowingly collect such data; if we learn of it, we will delete it.
11) Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures (HTTPS, access controls, PCI-compliant processors). No method is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data and investigate suspected incidents promptly.
12) Changes
We may update this Policy periodically. We’ll update the date above and provide additional notice where required.
