SECTION 21 – PRODUCT SAFETY, INSTALLATION & LIABILITY
Warning: This thermostatic mixing valve reduces the risk of scalding but is not fail-safe. Improper installation or use may cause dangerously hot water. Always test the water temperature by hand before using the bidet sprayer.
Installation & Maintenance: Install only as instructed. Professional installation is recommended. Periodically check valve performance—valves can wear or fail over time. If water temperature fluctuates unexpectedly, stop use immediately and replace the valve. We are not responsible for parts damaged due to improper installation, negligence, misuse, abuse, or tampering by unauthorized personnel. Damage resulting from any unapproved modifications voids all support and liability.
Liability Disclaimer: We are not liable for any injury, damage, or loss arising from temperature fluctuations, valve failure, or misuse of the product. Users are responsible for monitoring water temperature and following safety guidelines. Damage or issues resulting from improper installation, alteration, or unauthorized use are not covered. NeverSticky is not liable for any damage, including flooding or water damage, caused by improper installation, misuse, or failure to follow the product's installation and usage instructions.
Compatibility Notice: The sink faucet diverter is compatible only with threaded faucets. Installation on non-threaded or incompatible fixtures may result in malfunction or leakage.
