Return & Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy, giving you 30 days from the date of receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
  • For health and hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of items that have been opened, used, or removed from their original packaging.
  • We will gladly replace or refund items that are incorrect or damaged upon delivery.
  • Change-of-mind returns are accepted at our discretion and must meet all return eligibility criteria.

How to Start a Return

To begin the return process:

  • Contact us at Support@Neversticky.com and include your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  • We’ll send you detailed return instructions and the return address.
  • Note: Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.
  • Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving return instructions. Items returned after this window may not be eligible for a refund.

Return Shipping Costs

For returns that are not due to a defective or incorrect item, a flat return shipping fee of C$20 will be deducted from the refund. If the item is defective or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping cost.


Packaging Requirements

Returned items must be securely packaged. Items damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a refund.


Approved Returns

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, you will get an email notification regarding the status of your return.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation

Changed your mind?

  • If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we can cancel it.
  • Email us at Support@Neversticky.com, and we’ll do our best to assist you.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For items shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason, without needing to provide justification.

To qualify:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received.
  • It must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt) is required.

Legal Compliance

This return policy complies with applicable Canadian consumer protection laws, including rights under provincial and federal regulations.


Right to Refuse Returns

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.


Warranty

We do not offer replacements or refunds for parts discolored due to the use of cleaning chemicals, hard water, or mineral buildup. Such wear is considered normal and does not constitute a defect.
