1. Processing & Lead Times
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). If any delays occur, you will be notified via email.
2. Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping options available at checkout will include Standard and Expedited methods. Shipping rates are calculated based on destination and any discounts applied at checkout.
We work with trusted carriers like Canada Post, FedEx, UPS, or others depending on region and service selected.
3. Domestic & International Delivery

Canada: Expect delivery within 3–7 business days after shipment.

International: Delivery timelines vary by country. You may be responsible for customs duties, taxes, and local import charges.
We do not guarantee transit times. Delays due to customs, weather, carrier issues, or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.
4. Address Accuracy & Reshipment Fee
Please ensure your shipping address is correct before checkout. We are not responsible for packages lost or returned due to incorrect addresses.
If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer must pay a reshipment fee before a second delivery attempt.
5. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Lost/Stolen: If the tracking shows delivery but you did not receive your package, please check with neighbours and common delivery locations. If still missing, contact support within 7 days of intended delivery to investigate.

Damaged on Arrival: Please refuse damaged packages or photograph the condition and email support immediately with your order number and images.
Unless otherwise stated, we do not offer replacement or refund for packages reported after 7 days from the delivery date.
6. Shipping Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse shipment to certain regions or jurisdictions for legal or logistical reasons.
7. Non-Receipt Complaints
If you haven’t received your order 10 business days after the shipment date, or within the carrier’s stated transit window, please contact us with your order number and we will assist.
8. Refunds & Returns
Returned items are subject to our Refund Policy. Shipping costs are non-refundable, except if the return is due to our error or defective product.
9. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures in delivery caused by events outside our control, such as natural disasters, public health crises, labour disputes, carrier disruptions, or customs delays.
10. Customer Responsibilities
